About the Socket Set
Vishwakarman is known in Vedic literature to be the architect of the universe. He is The Lord of the Arts, Executor of a thousand Handicrafts, the Carpenter of the Gods, the most eminent of Artisans, the Fashioner of all ornaments, the divine engineer of the world. Vishwakarman designed a remarkable flying palace/chariot for Brahma called Pushpaka. On Pushpaka there were gardens, small palaces, waterfalls, heavenly creatures who sang and played music, beautiful dancing girls, forests and parks. It moved by the will of the driver and appeared as a cloud in the sky. When one stepped on to Pushpaka, they entered a new world where everything was possible. Fighting bears and monkeys enjoyed a ride in it with Lord Rama. Of course, the bears and monkeys could talk and greatly enjoyed the honey-wines that flowed from sparkling waterfalls. Wiswakarman is said to have made Pushpaka from his thoughts first, then he used thunder, lightning bolts, precious metals and jewels, rainbows and millions of flowers– some exquisitely beautiful, some thorny and poisonous.
Welcome to Michael McDaeth's Pushpaka chariot which he calls the Socket Set. Be polite to the fighting bears. Drink the honey wine. Watch out for thorns and lightning bolts. Enjoy the ride.
